5. Returns and Refunds 

  • You can cancel and return items within 14 days of receipt under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

  • Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Gift cards have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issue. 

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. 

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Vouchers must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Partial redemptions are not allowed unless specified.

2. Validity

  • Vouchers are valid for use until the expiry date specified at the time of purchase or issue.

  • Expired vouchers will not be honoured or extended.

3. Restrictions

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless stated.

  • Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers or gift cards.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

  • In the case of order cancellation where a voucher was used, only the amount paid (if any) will be refunded, not the voucher value.

  • July's Pearls reserves the right to cancel any voucher that has been fraudulently obtained or used.
