At July's Pearls, we take pride in delivering your jewellery safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

 

1.Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom – All mainland addresses including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands

  • International Destinations excluding few remote countries.

 

2.Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: Dispatched within 5–10 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

3.International Shipping

We offer international delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked or Courier (e.g., DHL, UPS).

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import duties, or local taxes.

 

4.Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel through the Royal Mail website or courier link provided.

 

5.Packaging & Presentation

All jewellery is securely packaged in protective boxes or pouches and wrapped in eco-friendly materials. Gift packaging is available upon request at checkout.

 

6.Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is:

  • Delayed: Please allow extra time during holidays or strike periods.

  • Lost: Contact us at info@julyspearls.com if your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international).

  • Damaged: Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.

We will assist you with replacement, refund, or claim filing.

 

7.Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you. A redelivery fee may apply.
